PPT-MAKER is an Add-in for PowerPoint 2000. It will copy images stored in folder you choose and paste them in slide with fixed size.

1. Download (15KB) file "PPT-MAKER.zip" from this site. Unzip "PPT-MAKER.zip" file to extract "PPT-MAKER Demo Version.ppa" to the folder of your choice.

2. Copy extracted "PPT-MAKER Demo Version.ppa" and paste it in folder as specified below

Windows 98:

<SystemDrive>:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\AddIns

WIndows 2000:

<SystemDrive>:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Microsoft\AddIns

Where:
<systemDrive> is the drive where your system files are installed
<user> is name used while login to Windows2000

Note: If you could not find sub folders from above said path, check the "visibility" option for the folder. It may happen that system folders are invisible.

3. Create blank PowerPoint Presentation. Choose "Title Slide" as layout option for first slide.
4. Click Tools->Add-Ins to display Add-Ins Dialog. Click Add New Button to select "PPT-MAKER DemoVersion.ppa" file.
5. While selecting this file Click "Enable Macro" button displayed on Dialog as Warning.
6. Click Close Button to return to Presentation.
7. Click Tools->Customize to display Customize Dialog.
8. Select PPT-Maker DemoVersion and check it. Click Close to exit from Customize Dialog.
9. You will find new Toolbar in presentation. Click button available in "PPT-MAKER: Demo Version" ToolBar to proceed.
10. You will be asked to read Terms of Use, If you agree, press Yes to proceed.
11. Paste folder path where you have stored images. In full version, facility to browse is be provided.
12 Files other than BMP, JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG from your folder will not be considerd for making slides.
13. Your PPT will be after this step to be saved.
